CIRCULAR BUILDING

Buildings (also called raw material depots) are responsible for 36% of the total CO2 emissions in the Netherlands. The maintenance and use of buildings also make great demands on our raw materials in the form of materials, energy, water, furnishings, office supplies and services.

Adding a circular perspective gives circular Building & Maintenance the potential to have a positive influence on the circular performance of buildings, products and services. The transition to a circular economy is therefore not a technical issue, but a process and collaboration issue. PHI Factory helps to translate circular ambitions into housing issues, construction projects and building and service concepts.
